Shandy has been serving the photography needs of the four-state area and beyond since March 1996. Throughout the years she has developed a strong desire to meet and exceed the wishes of her clients yet continues to maintain her commitment to offering affordable prices.

Shandy received her bachelor of arts degree in communication studies while pursing her dream of becoming a portrait photographer. In May of 2003, after years of determination, she made her dream official by establishing Photos by Shandy.
